6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999 and on prepaid payment+ extra 5%off on prepaid payment.
Flat ₹79 Shipping Charge on orders below ₹999

Delivery delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control shall not make Journal365 liable.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently offer Exchange Only.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Exchange requests are subject to product inspection and stock availability.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
