At Journal365, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy below.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer 7-day exchange from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The product should be in its original condition without any damage, stains, perfume, or alterations.
A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Journal365 reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.

2. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
Gift cards.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Email us at officialjournal365@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your Order Number, reason for exchange, and clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back to the address provided by our support team.
After successful quality inspection, your replacement product will be processed and dispatched.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, our team will assist you with an alternative exchange option.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing officialjournal365@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

5. Refund Policy

At Journal365, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

We only provide product exchanges for eligible orders that meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.

* Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

* If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another approved payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already been shipped, you may request an exchange after delivery, subject to the terms of this policy.

7. Exchange Shipping Charges

If the exchange is due to:

A wrong product sent by Journal365.
A damaged or defective product.

We will bear the applicable exchange shipping charges.

For exchanges requested due to size preference or any other customer-related reason, shipping charges may apply, if applicable.

8. Quality Check

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before the exchange is approved.

Journal365 reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product is found to be:

Used or washed.
Damaged by the customer.
Missing original tags or packaging.
Returned in a condition unsuitable for resale.
