Thank you for shopping with Journal365. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sale periods, festive seasons, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping rates across India:

Free Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹999.
A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 4–6 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 6–8 Business Days
Remote Locations: 8–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations across India.

Journal365 reserves the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes or orders based on operational or security reasons.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link shared with you.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate before placing your order.

Journal365 shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.

If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipment is requested.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to reasons beyond our control.

If your shipment appears to be delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

Refuse to accept the package if the damage is significant.
Take clear photographs of the package.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
